"Successful implementation of this project would not be possible without excellent coordination and communication between John N. Puder, Turner Construction/PSA, Tilden Lobnitz Cooper, Anderson and Associates and Universal Engineering Sciences. This historic structure will be around for many years to come, thanks to…the excellent work provided by these firms." ~ Professional Geotechnical Engineer
Orange County History Center Project Orlando, Florida "Due to the fast-track basis, other preparation work was being performed. John N. Puder was more than helpful in scheduling of work areas so that no delays would be created while at the same time being overly cautious in regards to all safety factors as many men were working around the large equipment JNP used". ~ Asst Superintendent of Operations

Chemical Grouting
Chemical Grouts are injected as liquid solutions that chemically react over time to form a solidified, soft, sandstone-like mass. In contrast to cement grouts that contain substantial solid material, chemical grouts are able to penetrate voids, fissures, pores and soil conditions that are too small for typical cement grout penetrations. Chemical Grouting is especially suited for work around and under damaged or deteriorated structures. At present, most chemical grouting in the United States is done with silicates. John N. Puder, Inc. has over 15 years of experience with chemical grouting injection. Having performed chemical grouting in a large variety of applications, JNP has the knowledge, equipment and expertise to evaluate your situation and make recommendations that may include this specialty process. ![]() Excavation support for major addition

Chemical Grouting involves the injection of a chemical mixture with
a water-like viscosity. By pressure-injecting chemical grouts into
marginal soils, a strong cohesive chemical bond takes place that can
be used for:
